Fruit Gobbler
Food Gobbler is a puzzle-platformer, where you help Gobo to achieve his goal to maintain a certain weight. Gobo loves to eat fruits, but he also want to keep his weight in check. Your goal is to eat as many fruits as you can until you reach the target weight but your weight must not exceed it.
Eating fruits increases your weight and you require a certain weight to clear the level.
Stand on top of the weighing scale, if your weight is equal to the target weight, the gate to finish line will open. If however, it exceeds the weight limit the level will restart, so be careful of what you eat.
Made for GMTK Game Jam 2024 on theme, Built To Scale. Theme interpretation is that as you eat fruits, your weight will scale up which you measure on a weighing scale.
