The goblin has to touch the villagers to turn them into sheep. But avoid the guards as they aren't afraid  of you.

Made for WTF X IGDC on theme first contact.

Theme interpretation is that if you contact the villagers first you turn them into sheep, but if guards make contact with you first, you lose.
